HOW TO USE: a) Shake well before use. b) Take the dropper out, keep it above the surface of the oil and squeeze the rubber bulb. Any oil or air left inside the dropper will come out from the end so it’s completely empty. c) Keep pinching the bulb as you put the dropper back in the oil until it is fully submerged. d) Then fill the dropper until you have the right dosage. e) Place the oil under your tongue and hold for 1-2 minutes before swallowing it.
WHEN TO USE: Use it throughout the day as per needed.
DOSAGE: There is no standardised dosage for CBD. New users are advised to start from low dosage in order to assess how well your body reacts to CBD and how much CBD you really need. Increase dosage gradually until you experience the desirable effects. A general starting dosage for adults would be 10-20mg per serving.
AMOUNT: For 1000mg, one full dropper (1ml) is equivalent to 30mg CBD | For 1500mg, one full dropper (1ml) is equivalent to 45mg CBD
